Grandparents' Day
What an incredibly special day we had today at St Albans School. Many of the children's grandparents, aunts, mums, dads and special friends came to share a morning of craft and dancing, topped off by a delicious shared morning tea. Suffice to say, Grandparents' Day is always one of the teachers' favourite events and this year's was definitely one of the best. Even the cold weather couldn't put a dampener on the wonderful feeling of aroha and community our morning together created. Thank you to all those who came along and contributed to a very memorable day for us all.

Discovery Week 8
What a FUN time we had at Discovery on Friday - maybe it was because our value of the week was fun! Check out these pics of some of the Ngā Kiwi and Tīpu children enjoying the many activities on offer.
A Celebration of Culture
On Thursday our whole school celebrated the diversity of the cultures represented within our school community, with a cultural performance at English Park and an international luncheon with our buddy classes. It was a very special day and many of the children chose to wear outfits that represented their family's cultures. Here are some photos from the day.
