Making gingerbread men

Mrs Toohey and Mrs Sutherland's class also made gingerbread men. When we made the mixture we had to cream the butter and sugar. The mixture took a long time to change colour to a creamy shade, so we used an electric beater to help us. We all decided that they were really yummy and that the fox was lucky to have eaten the gingerbread man because that's what we make them for!
